Tamara Birch-Olason

Tamara Birch-Olason has extensive work experience in human resources, particularly in leadership roles. From 2019 to the present, they have been the Senior Director of Global HR Operations & Talent Management at H.B. Fuller. Prior to that, they served as the HR Director for Construction Adhesives in the same company from 2019 to 2020.

Before joining H.B. Fuller, Tamara worked at Intel Corporation for a significant period. Tamara held various roles, including HR Director for the Data Centric Group from 2014 to 2019, HR Manager for the Sales & Marketing Group from 2011 to 2014, and Staffing Programs & Operations Manager from 2007 to 2011. Tamara also served as the HR Manager for Technology Development from 2004 to 2007 and as an HR Partner for the Technology Manufacturing Group from 2001 to 2004. Additionally, they completed the HR Rotation Program at Intel Corporation from 2000 to 2001.

Tamara's earlier experience includes working as an Academic Director and ESL Instructor at YBM/ELS from 1996 to 1998 and as an ESL Instructor at AEON Corporation from 1994 to 1995.

Tamara Birch-Olason obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Hope College in the years 1988-1992, and later pursued a Master's degree in Human Resources from Loyola University Chicago for the period 1998-1999.
