Quentin Foster has a diverse work experience spanning across several industries, with over a decade of experience in public policy and government affairs. Quentin currently holds the position of Vice President of Policy and Government Affairs at H Cycle, LLC. Previously, they worked as Director of State Affairs at California ISO, where they created and managed external engagement strategy and developed collaborative partnerships with state agencies and stakeholders to further energy goals. Foster has also served as a director at Environmental Defense Fund and as a senior policy advocate at California Environmental Justice Alliance. Quentin began their career as a student assistant at CalPERS, followed by a role as an accounts receivable specialist at Etrade. Additionally, they have worked as a legislative advocate at Public Policy Advocates, LLC and served multiple roles at California State Assembly, including policy director and assembly fellowship/legislative assistant. Foster's campaign management experience has included managing the campaign office, staff and candidate for Councilmember of Sacramento's 8th District.
Quentin Foster, MPA, MPP, received their Bachelor of Science in Business/Managerial Economics from the University of San Francisco between 2009 and 2011. Quentin later attended the University of Southern California where they obtained their Master of Public Administration (M.P.A.) in Public Policy Analysis, completing the program between 2012 and 2014.
