Scott Mitchell

Scott Mitchell has held various leadership positions in the retail and military sectors, including serving as Chief Commercial Officer and Chief Merchant at H-E-B. Prior to these roles, they were the Chief Operating Officer of the Smart Shop Division and Senior Vice President of Fresh Departments at H-E-B, and they also gained experience as an Officer in the United States Air Force and an Instructor of Management at the United States Air Force Academy. Currently, Scott is pursuing a Master of Science at the U.S. Air Force Institute of Technology, a Master of Business Administration at Duke University's Fuqua School of Business, and has completed a Bachelor of Business Administration at the University of Georgia's Terry College of Business.
