Antoinette Lindon

Antoinette Lindon is a transformative HR leader with extensive experience in driving HR initiatives within the tech sector. Currently serving as the Director of HR, Digital & Workplace Experiences at H-E-B since June 2021, Antoinette specializes in optimizing HR operations and enhancing productivity through efficient workflows. Prior to this role, Antoinette worked at Rackspace from February 2013 to May 2021, providing executive HR guidance to C-level executives, leading significant workforce globalization efforts, and implementing successful talent management strategies that resulted in notable cost reductions and employee retention improvements. Antoinette's career began at H-E-B in various HR roles from 2000 to 2013, where foundational skills were developed in supporting diverse leadership levels and managing HR operations effectively. Antoinette holds a B.A.A.S. in Biomedical Sciences from Texas State University and completed an educational program at the Rice University Institute for Human Resource Education.
