Jenna Rose

Jenna Rose is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in project and program management within the human resources sector. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of HR Project & Program Management at H-E-B since December 2013, Jenna leads initiatives that align with business needs and support the company culture, particularly within the Manufacturing, Supply Chain & Logistics division. Previous roles include HR Strategic Business Partner, Organizational Development HR Strategic Advisor, and Compensation Advisor, showcasing expertise in strategic alignment, organizational change, and compensation strategies. Prior experience includes a Compensation Manager position at University Health System, where Jenna led pay plan administration, and a Foundation Coordinator role, along with positions in account management and community development. Jenna holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Texas Christian University and a Master’s in Public Administration with a focus on Nonprofit Leadership & Administration from The University of Texas at San Antonio.
