Arlene Bauer is an experienced professional in the fields of learning and development, performance coaching, and education. Currently serving as a Learning and Development Manager at H. E. Butt Foundation since January 2024, Arlene also holds a position as an Adjunct Faculty member at Grand Canyon University. Previous roles include Peak Performance Coach at Flow Research Collective and BetterUp, as well as Elite Performance Coach at SAIC, where Arlene contributed to the Human Performance Edge program. With an extensive background in academia, Arlene has taught Sport Psychology courses at Texas A&M University - Central Texas and Barry University. Arlene holds a Doctor of Education in Transformational Leadership from Concordia University-Portland, a Master of Science in Movement Science from Barry University, and a Bachelor of Science in Health and Human Performance from Lambuth University.
