Tim Plutino has a diverse work experience spanning across multiple industries. Tim started their career at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. in 2003, where they served as a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, leading Six Sigma and Lean training across all facilities worldwide and mentoring Black Belt and Green Belt projects. In 2005, they founded their own company, Continuous Improvement Solutions, LLC, where they worked as the Owner until 2009. Tim then joined McKee Foods Corporation as a Business Improvement Manager, a role they held until 2011. At McKee Foods, they were responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives in the organization. In 2011, they joined H. E. Williams, Inc. as the Director of Operations, overseeing all operational aspects of the lean mixed-model lighting manufacturer and leading a team of direct reports in various departments to enhance the customer experience. Additionally, Tim Plutino also had a brief stint at Walmart as a Strategy Manager in the Import Replenishment Division from 2006 to 2007.
Tim Plutino obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Arizona State University. Additionally, they earned a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification from ASQ - World Headquarters in June 2006. No specific start or end dates were provided for their education.
