Gert Van Baelen has extensive experience in warehousing systems, with a background in logistics, materials, and supply chain management. Currently working at H.Essers as a Senior Manager Warehousing Systems, Gert has also held various roles within the company such as Business Analyst Team Lead and Team Manager Warehousing Systems. Prior to this, Gert worked at Vervoer Pans N.V. as a Consultant, focusing on WMS selection, Lean improvements, and warehouse reorganization. Gert holds a Master class in Business Process Improvement from Vlerick Business School, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Logistics.
