Svetlana Claes has extensive experience in customer care and operational excellence within the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors, having worked at H.Essers since August 2011. Svetlana has held various managerial and specialist roles, including Teammanager Quality - Healthcare Transport and Senior Specialist Customer Care, focusing on problem-solving and providing support to customers and third parties. In addition, Svetlana has served as Teamleader Intramar, offering operational guidance for the pharmaceutical 4PL and driving continuous improvement initiatives. Prior experience includes a role as Operations Support, managing projects and performance analysis, and as a Customer Service Specialist, handling pharmaceutical cold chain logistics and daily operational optimizations.
