Olga Mikhaylova has a diverse background in digital marketing and analytics. Olga began their career in 2007 at Lomonosov Moscow State University, where they conducted neuromarketing research and worked as an analytics and scientific research specialist. Olga then moved on to Ipsos, where they continued their work in analytics and marketing research, completing the full cycle of research using quantitative methods and neuromarketing.
In 2013, Olga joined VR Concept as the group head of analytics and marketing research. Here, they obtained a patent for Multimodal Interface Simulation Program and estimated the design of software for creating multimodal 3D-interfaces in virtual reality systems.
Olga's experience continued at Embah Safari Tours & Travel Egypt, where they served as the head of analytics and marketing research. Olga described the company's product, conducted competitor and target audience analysis, and developed a marketing strategy to increase customer confidence.
Then, at Travelbelka, Olga worked as a digital marketing and analytics specialist, conducting marketing research and developing strategies for publishing promotional materials. Olga also increased the number of subscribers on social networks and achieved top-ranking articles on Google search.
Following this, Olga joined Lira Agency, where they focused on digital marketing and analytics. Olga developed and implemented a funnel for advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and the company's website, leading to a significant increase in leads. Olga also automated ad campaign creation on AdWords for theaters.
In 2018, Olga joined IT-Agency as a digital marketing and analytics specialist. Here, they increased sales, optimized contextual advertising, and developed automation for statistical data analysis.
Most recently, Olga has worked at 3rdPlace | user & customer AI as a digital intelligence consultant, specializing in marketing automation and optimization. Olga has implemented various strategies to increase conversion rates, reduce the cost of attraction, and integrate marketing automation with a 360° user view. Olga has also created new products and built an internal knowledge database.
Currently, Olga is a senior digital marketing consultant at H-FARM Digital Marketing, where they continue to leverage their expertise to drive successful digital marketing campaigns.
Throughout their career, Olga has worked with a range of clients, including Italo Treno, CheBanca, illimity Bank, L'Oreal Paris, TIM, and more. Olga has been involved in various case studies and projects, showcasing their ability to effectively utilize data and deliver results.
Olga Mikhaylova pursued their education in the field of psychology. Olga began their studies in 2003 at Lomonosov Moscow State University (MSU), where they completed both their Bachelor's and Master's degrees in general psychology. Following this, they went on to pursue a PhD in psychology at the Institute of Psychology at the Russian Academy of Education. Olga's doctoral studies took place from 2008 to 2019, focusing on general psychology.
