Christopher Smith Caps, Cam

Christopher Smith, CAPS, CAM has a strong background in property management. Christopher started their career as a Property Manager at Jupiter Communities in 2010, overseeing a 396 unit community. From there, they moved on to positions at Western National Group, Decron Properties Corp., and Mack Urban, LLC, where they served as a Community Manager and General Manager, respectively. In 2018, they joined ConAm Management Corporation as a Community Manager before transitioning to an Executive Community Director role at CWS Apartment Homes in 2019. Christopher then worked as a Community Director at Gables Residential from 2020 to 2022. Currently, they are a Community Director at H.G. Fenton Company. Throughout their career, Christopher has demonstrated strong leadership skills and a proven ability to effectively manage properties and teams.

Christopher Smith earned a degree in History and Religion from Florida State University, where they studied from 2003 to 2008. In April 2018, they obtained a certification in CAPS (Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor) from the National Apartment Association.
