Karen Shank

Karen Shank has over a decade of experience in event coordination and management, currently serving as the Office Lifestyle & Event Lead at H.G. Fenton Company since May 2017. Prior roles include Office Lifestyle Coordinator at H.G. Fenton Company and Sales and Event Coordinator at Chops Restaurant, where responsibilities encompassed the creation of Banquet Event Orders (BEO) and menus, as well as organizing and executing events. Earlier in the career, Karen held the position of Sales and Event Manager at The Oceanaire Seafood Room. Education includes an Associate Degree in Hotel Management from The Restaurant School at Walnut Hill College, completed in 2007.
