Nick Kubarych

Nick Kubarych is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in capital markets and real estate asset management. Currently serving as Finance & Asset Manager and previously as Financial Analyst at H.G. Fenton Company since June 2018, Nick has developed a strong background in equity, debt, and structured finance, having worked at Cushman & Wakefield from August 2016 to February 2018. Prior roles include Assistant Relationship Manager at US Bank and Managing Partner at San Elijo Holdings, LLC, alongside experience in bidding and acquisitions at Wedgewood Enterprise Corp. and management at NIKA Water Company. Nick holds a Master's in Science of Real Estate from the University of San Diego and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Loyola Marymount University.
