Edward Hood

Ed is a Technical Leader and Senior Mechanical Engineer in the Health Division of HH Angus, responsible for the design of plumbing and medical gas systems and preparation of tender documents. He is a member of several CSA committees, including Z7396.1, B125, B45 and B64, and is the current Chair of Technical subcommittee Z305.13.

Ed’s work is focused primarily on hospital and long-term care facilities, with additional experience in data centre design. He is involved in projects from conception to completion, including design development and specification documentation, including numerous P3 project pursuits. Ed joined HH Angus in 2010, bringing previous experience designing plumbing, medical gas and fire protection systems.
