Teresa Valentino Wills

Teresa plans and directs all Human Resources activities for the firm and manages a team of HR professionals. She is responsible for the oversight of all HR disciplines, including compensation, employee relations, health and safety, career framework and promotions, performance management, and recruitment, among others. Teresa develops and implements a pro-active HR strategy that enables HH Angus to attract and retain the highly-skilled employees it needs to achieve our business objectives and help our clients succeed. She joined HH Angus in 2009.

Teresa is also an accomplished singer and belongs to a very active choir. She has twice performed at Carnegie Hall in New York, as well as at ScotiaBank Arena in Toronto.
