Tim Peters

Tim is focused on the Real Estate, Education and Healthcare sectors. His background in real estate/PM sales/marketing crosses most vertical lines of business in Ontario, and includes projects from 5,000 to 500,000 ft2. He seamlessly integrates strategic initiative consulting, networking and project management. Tim is Chair of the Headwaters Healthcare Foundation and Board, and Past President of CoreNet Canada and numerous other organizations.

As a volunteer at Headwaters, Tim enjoys meeting his diverse community – fourth generation farmers, Bruce Trail hikers, First Responders, retailers and retired GTA business people who have discovered the beauty of the Caledon area. A passionate cyclist, Tim has also cycled most routes on the iconic Tour de France.
