Tin-Lok Shea is an experienced legal and tax professional with a diverse background in corporate and commercial law, insolvency, restructuring, and taxation. As a Partner at H & H Lawyers since May 2017, Tin-Lok Shea focuses on dispute resolution and various commercial legal matters. Previously, Tin-Lok Shea served as an Account Director at Deloitte from December 2013 to May 2017, specializing in state taxes and FIRB advisory services, as well as contributing to the Japanese services group. Prior experience includes a role as a Senior Consultant at KPMG Australia from February 2008 to November 2013, working on corporate tax and state taxes. Additionally, Tin-Lok Shea was the Coordinator of International Relations for the JET Programme from July 2011 to July 2012, where responsibilities included promoting international exchange and coordinating events. Tin-Lok Shea holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from UNSW, completed in November 2007, and a Higher School Certificate from James Ruse Agricultural High School.
