Sarah Sigloch has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, starting in 2002 with a role as a Training Coordinator at Marriott International. Sarah then moved on to Wyndham Worldwide in 2004, where they served as the Manager of Brand Standards, Quality Assurance, and Training. In 2008, Sarah joined H-Hotels.com as the Director of Quality, Training, and Operations. Throughout their time at H-Hotels.com, they progressed in their roles, becoming the Senior Director of Quality and Training in 2011 and eventually Vice President of Human Resources in 2013.

Sarah Sigloch attended Heidelberg University from 1998 to 1999, where they studied Rechtswissenschaften (law). Sarah then went on to attend Berufsakademie Ravensburg from 1999 to 2002, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Betriebswirtschaftslehre im Fachbereich Hotelmanagement (business administration in the field of hotel management).
