Bernice Berschader

Bernice is a Principal in the Capital Formation Group. She is based in the London office and focuses on capital raising and investor relations activities in Europe and Israel across H.I.G.’s credit strategies.

Bernice has 12 years of experience in capital raising. Prior to joining H.I.G., Bernice was a Director at Castlelake, where she was responsible for business development and capital raising across EMEA. Prior to Castlelake, Bernice spent 10 years at Park Hill focused on capital raising across Hedge Funds and Private Credit strategies.

Bernice earned a BSc and MSc from London School of Economics.
