Lyndsay Wegman

Lyndsay Wegman is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in capital formation and investment banking. Currently serving as Managing Director of Capital Formation at Roc360 since May 2025, Wegman has previously held significant roles at Morgan Stanley as Executive Director, Wells Fargo Securities as Director, and CapRok Capital as Director. Additional experience includes consulting at Mizuho Securities USA Inc., and leadership positions at J.P. Morgan and Merrill Lynch as Vice President. Wegman began a career in finance at Bank of America as an Associate and Analyst. An alumna of Cornell University, Wegman holds a Bachelor of Science degree earned from 1997 to 2001.
