Linda Chaffin is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in capital formation and client service within private equity and credit markets. Currently serving as Managing Director of the Capital Formation Group at H.I.G. Capital since December 2023, Linda has previously held senior roles at NXT Capital, Pathway Capital Management, and Marwit Capital, focusing on investor relations, marketing strategy, and fundraising activities. Linda's career began at JPMorgan Chase and GE Capital, where skills in M&A and business development were honed. With a Bachelor’s degree in Business from The Ohio State University and dual MBA degrees from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, Linda possesses a strong educational foundation complemented by a diverse professional background.
