Michelle Farrand

Michelle Farrand is an experienced professional in corporate real estate and operations management. Currently serving as Vice President of Corporate Real Estate at H.I.G. Capital since 2009, Michelle manages a wide range of real estate projects, including office relocations, expansions, renovations, and new openings, overseeing over 300,000 square feet across the U.S. Prior to this role, Michelle held the position of Director of Operations at TIACA (The International Air Cargo Association) from 2007 to 2009, where oversight of all operational functions was a primary responsibility. Earlier in Michelle's career, as Payroll and Facilities Manager at ADP from 1998 to 2007, management of payroll operations for over 600 clients and 30,000 employees was key, alongside extensive support in payroll and HR practices, regulations, and benefits. Michelle holds a degree from Barry University.
