Sebastian Lorenz

Sebastian is the Head of the DACH region for WhiteHorse and is responsible for all key aspects of private debt transactions including deal origination, transaction structuring and negotiating, and post-closing portfolio company oversight.

Sebastian has 11 years of experience in direct lending and leveraged finance. Prior to joining H.I.G. he was leading the DACH region for the Private Finance division of Barings. Before that, Sebastian was working at Ares Management.

Sebastian holds a Diploma in Business Administration from University of Bayreuth, Germany.
