Dylan Hall

Dylan Hall is a Cyber Threat Intelligence Analyst at HEALTH-ISAC since May 2022, with extensive experience in cybersecurity and military leadership. Serving as a Squad Leader in the Army National Guard since August 2014, Dylan manages a team of soldiers and specializes as an Explosive Ordinance Expert. Previous roles include Associate Researcher at the Matthew B. Ridgway Center for International Security Studies, where participation in a research team involved collaboration with the FBI to assess trends during the COVID-19 pandemic, and an Intelligence and Analytics position at the National Insurance Crime Bureau, focusing on risk assessments and reports on insurance-related crimes. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Public and International Affairs from the University of Pittsburgh and a Bachelor's degree in Public/Applied History from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Additional experience encompasses internships as a research intern at Fort Ligonier Museum and a lifeguard at Idlewild Park, where Dylan obtained certifications in CPR, AED, and Standard First Aid.
