Zach N. has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Zach has recently been with Health-ISAC, starting as a Manager in the Threat Operations Center in September 2019. Zach then advanced to the position of Director, where they led a global team and implemented a follow-the-sun operation. Currently, they serve as the Assistant Vice President in the Threat Operations Center at Health-ISAC. Prior to their time at Health-ISAC, Zach worked at Orlando Health as a Cyber Security Analyst, Network Security Analyst, Network Security Administrator, Configuration Management Analyst, and Field Support Technician. Zach has also held roles at Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, Cellular Sales, Hill Orthopedics, AT&T Mobile Tel, and served in the United States Army as a Military Policeman.
Zach N. obtained their Master of Science (MS) degree in Cyber Intelligence from the University of South Florida, where they studied from 2014 to 2016. In addition to their academic qualifications, Zach has obtained several certifications. These include the CompTIA Security+ ce Certification from CompTIA in August 2014, the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification from (ISC)² in June 2016, and the GIAC Cyber Threat Intelligence (GCTI) certification from GIAC Certifications in December 2018. Furthermore, Zach has completed the Leadership Development Program from the Center for Creative Leadership in April 2022 and acquired additional certifications such as Strategic Planning Foundations, The 3-Minute Rule: Say Less to Get More, and Becoming a Great Conversationalist from LinkedIn in 2023.

Health-ISAC (Health Information Sharing and Analysis Center), is a global, non-profit, member-driven organization where health sector stakeholders join a trusted community and forum for coordinating, collaborating and sharing vital physical and cyber threat intelligence and best practices with each other. Members use this information to extend their security operations team and to create situational awareness, inform risk-based decision-making and mitigate against threats. Membership is open to public & private hospitals, ambulatory providers, health insurance payers, pharmaceutical/biotech manufacturers, laboratory, diagnostic, medical device manufacturers, medical schools, medical R&D organizations and other relevant health sector stakeholders. Member organizations become more resilient by working together, benefiting the entire health sector and its vital role in critical infrastructure worldwide.
