Carina Mansilla

Carina Mansilla has extensive experience in the construction industry, currently serving as Preconstruction Manager at H. J. Russell & Company since May 2018, having previously held roles as Senior Estimator and Project Engineer within the same organization. Prior to this, Carina worked as a Graduate Research Assistant at Georgia Institute of Technology and accumulated significant expertise as a Senior Cost Engineer at Grupo Graña y Montero, where responsibilities included preparing over 40 construction proposals and managing teams of engineers. Carina's earlier experience includes a role at Coinsa - Constructores Interamericanos SAC, focusing on cost engineering and budgeting for large-scale projects. Carina holds a Master of Science in Building Construction & Facility Management from Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor in Science in Civil Engineering from Universidad Nacional San Luis Gonzaga de Ica.
