Timothy Rumely

Timothy Rumely has a diverse work experience background. Timothy started their career in 2007 as a Designer at Carter Engineering Consultants, Inc. In 2009, they worked as an Engineering Intern at Athens-Clarke County Transportation and Public Works. Timothy then joined USDA-NRCS as a Civil Engineering Technician in 2010. Timothy later transitioned to Bechtel Corporation in 2011, where they held various roles, including Project Controls Engineer and Contract Coordinator/Superintendent. In 2019, they joined Turner Construction Company as Superintendent and later became a Project Superintendent. Currently, they are working at H. J. Russell & Company as a Senior Superintendent and Director of Talent Development since 2023.

Timothy Rumely completed their Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering at The University of Georgia from 2004 to 2009.
