Desmond Leung

Desmond Leung is an experienced professional in property investment and asset management, currently serving as the Director of Property Investment & Asset Management at H Properties since June 2018. Prior to this role, Desmond held the position of Regional Asset Management Lead for Standard Chartered Bank at CBRE from May 2016 to June 2018. Desmond also worked at Huawei Technologies as Regional Real Estate Transactions in early 2016 and spent 14 years at DTZ as Global Occupier Services Director. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts (BA) and EMBA from City University of Hong Kong, along with completing an Advanced Management Programme at UC Berkeley.
