Greg Phelps

Greg Phelps is an experienced Desktop Support Technician with a strong background in supporting Windows computers and providing exceptional customer service. Currently employed at H.T. Hackney Company since January 2019, Greg previously held similar positions at Discovery, Inc. and Scripps Networks Interactive, Inc., where responsibilities included computer upgrades, imaging new systems, managing Active Directory, and providing hardware and software support for over 900 users. Greg has demonstrated a commitment to resolving issues efficiently while maintaining a respectful approach towards users. In addition, Greg has a Master's degree in Christian Education from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary and a Bachelor's degree in Communication from the University of Southern Indiana.
