Stephanie Schneider

Stephanie Schneider is an experienced ecologist currently serving as an on-call field biologist with H. T. Harvey & Associates since March 2019, following a decade-long tenure with the company that included work as Field Biologist 2. Stephanie also oversees a significant long-term seabird study at Castle Rock National Wildlife Refuge for the Humboldt State University Sponsored Programs Foundation, monitoring various seabird species' reproduction and foraging efforts. Education includes a Master's degree in Marine Science from San Jose State University and a Bachelor's degree in Wildlife from Humboldt State University. Additional experience includes serving as a marine mammal stranding coordinator, mentoring undergraduate research, and assisting in several graduate-level biology courses, showcasing a strong commitment to both fieldwork and academic support in ecological sciences.
