Muhammad Hassnain Umar - Lead Information Technology Support

Muhammad Hassnain Umar serves as the Lead Information Technology Support at H-Tech Supports since June 2022, where Muhammad Hassnain manages ITSM ticket queues and oversees IT infrastructure maintenance for optimal performance. Previously, from November 2021 to May 2022, Muhammad held the position of Senior System Engineer at IMARAT and, from September 2017 to October 2021, served as the Lead Information Technology Specialist at ARAR Group of Companies, leading IT projects across multiple regions. In earlier roles, Muhammad significantly improved IT services and designed LAN network infrastructure. Muhammad earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from COMSATS Institute of Information and Technology between 2013 and 2017.
