Sam Easen

Sam Easen is an accomplished entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in the recruitment and staffing industry. As the Founder and CEO of Qintil since January 2017, Sam has developed a user-friendly suite of software for employers and staffing agencies. In addition, as the CEO of H1 Healthcare since January 2020, Sam leads a family-owned enterprise that provides recruitment and training solutions in the Health, Social Care, and Housing sectors across the UK. Sam has also served as a Board Member of the National Association of Care and Support Workers since January 2021. Prior experience includes directing H1 Healthcare Australia and serving as a Recruitment Consultant at Carlton Resource Solutions. Sam holds a BA in American Studies from the University of Hull and an exchange degree from the University of South Carolina.
