Leana Lares is a seasoned professional in legal operations, currently serving as Senior Manager of Legal Operations at H1 since April 2025, with a focus on contract and vendor management. Prior to this role, Leana held managerial positions at TrueML and TrueAccord, specializing in legal, audit, and compliance operations. With a strong foundation in debt collection and operations management, Leana has further developed skills through earlier positions as a Paralegal II and Paralegal I.
