Dawa Tarchin Phillips is the Founder and CEO of TAIWA®, Founder and Chairman of Empowerment Holdings®, Partner and Investor at The Delta, Investor and Advisor at H2 Clipper, Inc., and Co-Founder and Director of Education at UC Santa Barbara. Additionally, Dawa has a background in neuroscience, contemplative science, research, educational science, and systems design. Dawa Tarchin holds an MA Hons. and a BA Hons. in Tibetology, Abidharma Psychology, and Theory of Perception.
