Annika Wedberg

Annika Wedberg has had a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Most recently, they served as the Head of Total Rewards, Labor Law, and People Tech at H2 Green Steel since March 2022. Prior to this role, they held various positions at Ericsson, including Head of Total Rewards Market Area Europe & Latin America from July 2017 to March 2022 and Head of Total Rewards Region Northern Europe & Central Asia from December 2013 to June 2017. Annika also worked at Fortum as a Global Compensation & Benefits Manager from August 2011 to November 2013. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Reward Strategy Consultant at Hay Group from October 2008 to August 2011, a Recruitment Consultant at Novare in 2008, and a Consultant Manager at Academic Work from September 2006 to September 2008. Additionally, they worked as a Researcher at Assessit from 2005 to 2006 and as a Taxation Officer at Skatteverket from 2004 to 2005.

Annika Wedberg attended Mälardalen University from 2000 to 2003, where they studied Business Administration, Economics, and Behavioral Science. In 2003, they also briefly attended the Plekhanov Russian Academy of Economics in Moscow, focusing on Economics, Russian, and Behavioral Science.
