Daniel Vázquez has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of Information Technology. Starting in 2009 as a Junior IT technician intern at Chello Multicanal, they then moved on to a one-month IT support internship at Optimal Chiropractic. In 2010, they worked as a Field Technician at SERMICRO, providing IT support and assisting with computer installations and configurations.
In the same year, Daniel became an IT Hardware Technician at Enzyme Testing Labs, where they managed the IT department and provided technical support to a team of testers. Daniel also served as an IT Manager at Gameloft, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network problems, as well as configuring and maintaining computers and network equipment.
In 2014, Daniel joined Spotify and held multiple roles, including Information Technology Support Engineer, Collaboration Tools Engineer, and Product Manager for Communication and Collaboration Tools. Their responsibilities varied from delivering IT support to colleagues and administering IT systems to developing innovative solutions and setting a roadmap for team projects.
From 2018 to 2022, Daniel worked at Kry as the Global Head of Information Technology. In this role, they were responsible for developing IT strategies, establishing IT policies and systems, managing the IT department's budget, and coordinating IT managers and technical professionals.
Most recently, Daniel Vázquez has taken on the position of Director of Digital Workplace and IT Operations at H2 Green Steel, starting in 2022.
Daniel Vázquez has a diverse education history. In 2007, they began their professional training and education in Computer Science, specializing in Information Technology at IES Gaspar Melchor de Jovellanos. Daniel completed this program in 2009. In 2010, Daniel enrolled in IES Julián Marías for further education in Computer Science and graduated in 2013. In 2017, they attained certification as a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from Scrumalliance.org. Recently, in 2021, Daniel completed a program in Executive Leadership with a focus on Organizational Leadership at Hyper Island. Additionally, they have obtained certifications from Nova Talent and Coursera in 2021 and 2018 respectively.
