Lotta Hammarström

Lotta Hammarström currently serves as the Head of Leadership, Learning & Development at Stegra since September 2021. As the Founder and Investor of Imaginary Friends, a privately held investment company focused on early-stage ventures in HR-tech, Lotta has been instrumental in shaping the landscape of human resources innovation. Lotta also serves as a Boardmember and partner at the family-owned investment company Storudden and has held various advisory roles, including Investor and HR-advisor at GreatPeople, and Senior HR Consultant at Lokama Consulting. Previous experience includes key positions such as Senior Consultant - Partner at K2 Search and Head of HR at Omegapoint. Lotta's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources from Umeå University, completed in 1998.
