Ward Daron

Ward Daron, PT, currently serves as Senior Vice President of Operations at H2 Health since July 2025. Daron has extensive experience in various leadership roles, including Integration Operations Lead - Business Development Specialist at PT Solutions Physical Therapy, overseeing integration processes for newly acquired healthcare organizations. Prior experience includes serving as Physical Therapist I Rehab Coordinator at Integrated Physical Therapy Services of North Florida, LLC, and Vice President of Clinical Operations at Cranial Technologies, Inc., where management of pediatric clinics was prioritized. Further operational leadership was demonstrated as Vice President Operations at CORA Physical Therapy and Area Manager at Heartland Rehabilitation Services, combined with early career experience in sales and clinical roles.
