Gerasimos Mantzaras

Gerasimos Mantzaras has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Gerasimos began their career in event organizing with F.E.X. Progressive Union of Xanthi from 2008 to 2011. Gerasimos then served as a staff corporal in the Hellenic Army's 71st Airmobile Brigade from November 2011 to May 2012.

In 2014 and 2015, Gerasimos worked at Athenian Brewery S.A. on seasonal contracts, first as a Quality Control Analyst and then as a Shift Process Engineer. From 2016 to 2018, they served as an Environmental Engineer at Zeologic S.A. and later became a Freelance Environmental Consultant from 2013 to 2018.

Gerasimos then held the position of Project Manager and EU Projects Consultant at Limerick Institute of Technology from January to June 2019. Gerasimos subsequently worked as a Project Consultant at ALIEN TECHNOLOGY TRANSFER - UK from July 2019 to October 2020.

From October 2020 to March 2022, Gerasimos served as a Project Manager at White Research. Currently, they hold the role of Project Manager at H2GO Power starting from April 2022.

Gerasimos Mantzaras has a diverse education history. Gerasimos completed an International Master in European Project Planning and Management at Pixel International Training Center in Florence, Italy from 2018 to 2019, with a focus on Project Management. Prior to that, they pursued an MSc in Environmental Engineering and Science from the Department of Environmental Engineering at Democritus University of Thrace, which they completed from 2010 to 2013. Their specialization during that time was in Environmental Studies. Gerasimos also holds a Master of Engineering (MEng) in Environmental Engineering from the same department, which they obtained from 2002 to 2009, focusing on Environmental Engineering Technology/Environmental Technology. In terms of additional certifications, Gerasimos obtained a Certificate in Crisis Management and Negotiations from the University of Macedonia in May 2019. Gerasimos also holds a Certificate of Reviewing from Elsevier, which they obtained in November 2017. Furthermore, they have been certified as a Project Management Professional through a PMP Preparation Course by PMI, conducted by Human Asset in 2017. Gerasimos has additional certifications in various fields including ISO 9001:2015 Auditor/Lead Auditor, ISO 14001:2015 Auditor/Lead Auditor, and Design, construction and operation of wastewater treatment facilities.
