Nickolai Uglitsky has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and engineering sectors, currently serving as a System Engineer at H2Pro since May 2021, where responsibilities include contributions to systems development. Prior to this role, Nickolai Uglitsky spent 25 years at Teva Pharmaceuticals, progressing through various positions, including Process Engineering, where expertise included the design and qualification of systems for the API industry, and Plant Manager, overseeing a 24/7 wet production facility. Additional roles included Shift Manager and Chemical Operator, focusing on operational management, compliance with GMP and EHS standards, and execution of chemical processes.
