Stephen McIntyre has over 35 years of experience in sales and business development. Stephen began their career in 1986 as a Business Unit Manager for Sulzer. In 1998, they joined IMI Precision Engineering as a Business Development Manager for Europe. In 2003, Stephen moved to Parker Hannifin as a Hydraulic Technology Manager - Distribution, where they were responsible for the development of a strong team of sales professionals and identified target clients. In 2011, Stephen joined SPX FLOW, Inc. as a Director of Global Business Development, where they were employed to embed sales structure ahead of the exit process. In 2013, they became Director of Business Development at Hydrasun. From 2014-2019, Stephen worked at Clyde Blowers Capital as a Group Sales & Marketing Director, where they created the #1 UK Electro-Mechanical Services Company by addressing distressed clients and exceeding expectations. In 2019, they became Company Owner & Managing Director at Sales Impact Solutions Ltd. Stephen currently works at H2scan Corporation as a Sales Director, where they are developing a strategic approach to introduce and grow their new Gen-5 hydrogen sensor technology into new hydrogen economy opportunities.

Stephen McIntyre attended Falkirk Technical College from 1986 to 1990, where they earned an HND in Electrical Engineering and Plant Technology. Stephen then attended Cranfield University from 2002 to 2004, where they earned a Sales & Marketing degree with a focus on Key Account Management, Specialised Sales, and Marketing Operations.
