Vadim Balantcev

Vadim Balantcev is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in research and development within the semiconductor and photonics industries. Currently serving as a Senior Research and Development Engineer at H2scan Corporation since September 2024, Vadim’s prior roles include Sr Principal Engineer at EMCORE Corporation, where focus areas included InP photonics and process improvement. Experience as a Senior Process Development Engineer at GeneSiC Semiconductor involved developing novel techniques for wideband gap materials. Previous contributions include leading diffusion process improvement at IM Flash and utilizing statistical process tools at Cypress Semiconductor. Vadim holds a Master's degree in Microelectronics and Solid State Electronics from the National Research University of Electronic Technology (MIET).
