Hsiao-Han, Ariel Cho

Hsiao-Han, Ariel Cho has worked for a number of companies since 2013. In 2013, they were a Project Intern at Flow Inc, where they conducted market research of open data and cloud technology to develop suitable business models and workflows for disabled employees. In 2014, they were the Editor in Chief of Start Up Latte at Author Tom Wang's studio, writing articles about the mindset of entrepreneurs, case studies of international startups, and innovative business models. In 2015, they were a Founding Member at H. Spectrum, the leading Health Tech accelerator in Asia, which incubated 400 talents and 80 startup teams in the healthcare field. In 2020, they were an Ecommerce Coordinator at Everyday Health, where the performance grew by 80% in one year. In 2021, they were an Executive Assistant at Terry Gou's Biotech Office. Currently, they are a Deputy Manager of Human Resources at H2U.

Hsiao-Han, Ariel Cho attended National Taiwan University from 2007 to 2011, studying international affairs. In 2010, they took Summer Sessions at the University of California, Berkeley. Hsiao-Han, Ariel then went on to receive their Master's Degree in Public Administration from National Chengchi University from 2011 to 2014.
