Brad Sheridan

Senior VP of Engineering at H3 Dynamics

Brad Sheridan has a diverse work experience in engineering and leadership roles. Brad is currently serving as the Senior VP of Engineering at H3 Dynamics since May 2023. Prior to that, they were the CEO of Sheridan Gauges, where they designed, manufactured, and sold innovative ammunition inspection tools and obtained patents to protect the designs.

From November 2019 to May 2023, Brad worked as an Electronics Engineer at HES Energy Systems, taking over the design of hydrogen fuel cell controller PCBs and implementing hardware and firmware fixes. Brad also evaluated design issues and made improvements for the next generation of PCBs.

Before that, they were a Senior Engineer at Pertronix, where they developed Capacitive Discharge (CD) Ignition systems and created improved firmware for HEI and electronic points replacements. From 2010 to 2019, Brad was the CEO of Sheridan Engineering, focusing on designing and selling ammunition reloading tools and obtaining patents for the company's tools.

Brad's earlier experiences include serving as a Control Systems Engineer at Star Trac, where they developed a new control module and established documentation procedures for harnesses and electronics. At Impco Technologies, they worked as a Control Systems Engineer and designed harnesses and modules for integrating CNG/LPG bifuel systems into OE fuel systems, meeting OEM standards.

Brad started their career at Gale Banks Engineering as an Electronics Engineer, managing a team of engineers and designing electronics for engine and chassis control. Brad also worked at Dynatek as an Electronics Engineer, where they developed new electronics, designed circuits, and wrote microcontroller firmware.
