Harshavardhan Thakar is currently the Vice President of Operations at H3 Dynamics, a cutting edge robotics company. Harshavardhan is responsible for successfully deploying and roadmap planning of the automated Drone deployment solution "DBX". Harsh has successfully delivered niche projects for customized requirements in the Defense, Security and Inspection use cases. Harsh is responsible to navigate the regulations for BVLOS and ensure scaling of the solution.
Prior to their current position, Harsh was with HES Energy Systems Pte. Ltd. for 2 years 10 months, where they held various positions such as General Manager of Operations and Sales (Global), Global Sales Manager, and Sales Lead - APAC. In their role as General Manager of Operations and Sales (Global), Harsh was responsible for product and project P&L and reports in a matrix structure to the CEO, CFO and CTO. Harshavardhan was also successful in reducing lead times and increasing margins per product. As Global Sales Manager, Harsh introduced global sales and marketing strategies to promote Hydrogen Fuel Cell technology in the aerospace and defense domain. In their role as Sales Lead - APAC, Harsh was responsible for maintaining an appropriate sales funnel by managing sales team, distributors and channel partners in EMEA, Americas and APAC.
