Henry Cao

Henry (Xiangying) Cao has a diverse and extensive work experience in the technology industry. Henry(Xiangying) started their career at Huawei in 1996, where they held various roles including engineer, manager, and director. Henry(Xiangying) worked on a wide range of product lines including PSTN access network, DSLAM, BRAS, ATM, switch, routing, and security. In 2003, Henry joined H3C Technologies Co., Ltd as CTO and later became COO, President, and CEO. Henry(Xiangying) played a pivotal role in the company's operations, including R&D, supply chain, and IT. H3C later became a subsidiary of HP. From 2007 to 2009, Henry worked at 3Com as VP of Global R&D. Overall, Henry has demonstrated their expertise in leadership, operations, and product development throughout their career.

Henry (Xiangying) Cao completed their Executive Program of GSB at Stanford University in 2012. Prior to that, they earned a Master's degree in Optoelectronics from Huazhong University of Science and Technology, where they studied from 1988 to 1995.
