Doug McMillan CDCMP

Doug McMillan CDCMP has extensive experience in data center and network management, currently serving as the Director of Data Center Services at H5 Data Centers since January 2014. In this role, Doug McMillan is responsible for maintaining high customer retention and satisfaction, managing an IT support team to meet service level agreements, and analyzing customer requirements to create detailed Technical Approach documents. Prior to this position, Doug McMillan held the role of Director of WAN Engineering/Support Services at Travelport from 2008 to 2013, where similar responsibilities for customer service and IT support were undertaken. Doug McMillan also served as Network Manager at Galileo International from 1989 to 2002, further solidifying expertise in the field.
