Lisa Doverspike

Lisa Doverspike is CFO of H5 Data Centers and CEO of The Simms/Mann family office. Ms. Doverspike has an extensive 24-year background in transactions and risk management as well as business operations. Before joining H5, Ms. Doverspike served for 14 years as CFO at a private investment organization where she negotiated and structured substantial business and investment transactions and managed a variety of business assets. Ms. Doverspike also served as Director at Andersen LLP.

Ms. Doverspike is a CPA with a B.S. in Business Administration and an M.S. in Taxation.
