Rajashekhara Kurubara

Rajashekhara Kurubara has extensive work experience in quality assurance and project management. Rajashekhara is currently working as the Quality Head - TCoE at H5, which has transitioned to Lighthouse in 2022. Before joining H5/Lighthouse, they served as a QA Manager at Zinier from September 2020 to March 2022.

Prior to Zinier, Rajashekhara held the position of QA Manager at Sapiens from March 2019 to September 2020. During this time, they worked on key projects such as the conversion of Flex to HTML UI in Adobe's Claims Pro application. Rajashekhara managed a team of 16+ resources in an Agile model.

From 2012 to 2019, Rajashekhara worked at Tech Mahindra, where they held various roles including Project Manager. Rajashekhara was involved in multiple projects across different accounts and domains, such as BT and non-BT accounts. Rajashekhara played roles like Test Lead, Test Manager, Project Manager, and Inlife Manager. Rajashekhara also led the E2E Test Release process governance and was involved in continuous improvement of domain transformation.

Earlier in their career, they worked as a Test Lead at Qvantel from April 2011 to October 2012 and as a Team Leader at CapGemini from May 2010 to October 2010. Rajashekhara also held positions as Technical Leader and Software Engineer Testing at Aricent and Jataayu Software, respectively.

Overall, Rajashekhara has a diverse and extensive background in quality assurance, project management, and team leadership in the software industry.

Rajashekhara Kurubara completed their higher secondary education and pre-university course (PCMB) from St Johns College in Bellary, Karnataka, from 1996 to 1998. Following that, from 1999 to 2003, they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree with a focus on Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) from VEC Bellary.
