Temi Owoade is an accomplished design professional with extensive experience in optimizing design workflows and managing teams. Currently serving as Team Lead for Design Operations at Ha-Shem Limited since January 2021, Temi has successfully reduced design cycle time by 30% and significantly improved project delivery metrics. In addition to this role, Temi has worked as a Product Designer, contributing to the development of business solutions, and has engaged with the UX community as a writer for UX Collective and a Local Leader at The Interaction Design Foundation. Previously held positions include User Interface Designer at WorkspaceManager and Appyclan, and as a Marketing Executive at Zedvance Limited.
